Message	'96 harness to a older ecu. You could probably even use some unused wires(boost solenoid wires for example) to control the vtc solenoids. Then, come smog time just remove patch harness and re-install '96 ecu. Not sure about using consult type software though...that could be tricky when in non-smog mode.
